"Dev Home encountered an error. The widget could not be created." error when pinning any ADO widgets

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Launch Dev Home
2. Navigate to the Dashboard
3. Attempt to pin a widget from the Azure extension (e.g., "My pull requests")

Expected result

Widget is pinned to the dashboard

Actual result

I get back an error message stating, "Dev Home encountered an error. The widget could not be created."

I hit this with any of the listed widgets from the Azure extension. I can pin GitHub and Core widgets without issue, though.

Logs have this relevant error snippet:
