Add an agent

Steps to reproduce

Agents > Create agent (the "plus" icon) > Follow the command pallet workflow

Expected behavior

The created agent is added to the Agents panel

Actual behavior

The workflow seems to complete, but the agent is not created/acknowledged/surfaced

Ack, thanks - this is one I noticed right after release as well and should be fixed in 0.15.1 coming out shortly. You will also have better session and logging of agent behaviors with this fix.
