fix: Model version update in main.json

Purpose

• This pull request includes updates to the infra/main.json file to reflect changes in the template hash and the GPT model version.

Updates in infra/main.json:

• Updated the templateHash value to a new hash.
• Updated the gptModelVersion to "2024-05-01-preview".
