Rewind and restart URIs return null

I have a simple orchestration that's started by an http trigger. I'm seeing the RewindPostUri and RestartPostUri returning null when starting an orchestration instance locally.

I'm using these package versions

For some reason I can't transfer this issue, but restart has since been added and rewind will be added when this PR is merged.
