crates.io package still on 1.2.1

The crates.io package is still on 1.2.1. Is there anything blocking 2.0.0 from being released on crates.io? The new version looks great - I'm looking forward to installing it via cargo!

I'll probably only publish a v2.1.0 later, because I didn't consider this:

> cargo publish
    Updating crates.io index
error: failed to verify manifest at `.../Cargo.toml`

Caused by:
  all dependencies must have a version requirement specified when publishing.
  dependency `lsh` does not specify a version
  Note: The published dependency will use the version from crates.io,
  the `path` specification will be removed from the dependency declaration.

I didn't consider how workspaces interact with crates.io when I started using one.
