Reindex attributes clean up and consistent naming

1. Removes not used resource type search parameter hash map from orchestrator.
2. Renames ResourceTypeSearchParameterHashMap sent to processing jobs to SearchParameterHash to be consistent with Resource attributes naming.
3. Processing jobs, to be consistent with resource writes, use search param hash from local cache to query resources. They still log warnings in case of mismatch between requested by orchestrator and locally generated hash.
