Fixes SSR form binding for FluentSwitch and FluentCheckbox by emitting value="True" on the underlying input, matching Blazor's built-in InputCheckbox behavior so the browser's default "on" value isn't sent and model binding succeeds.

Fix #4473 by adding
value=@bool.TrueStringto fluent-switch and fluent-checkbox. This is exactly what is done with the standard BlazorInputCheckBoxas well: https://github.com/dotnet/aspnetcore/blob/main/src/Components/Web/src/Forms/InputCheckbox.cs#L41-L44
