Bug Description

Actual Behavior

Focusing with a keyboard on the checkbox within a Drawer does not show any indicators

The ThemeProvider is only at the root, the isFocusVisible class and event listeners don't work for components inside an OverlayDrawer

Expected Behavior

The checkbox within the drawer to show a focus indicator like this

I can confirm that this is indeed happening.

This happens because we do not apply the v8 focus visibility class names to the v9 Drawer surface. We need to investigate if this happens with every v9 portal or if there is something we are missing with Drawer specifically.
