Bug Description

Actual Behavior

https://fluent2.microsoft.design/layout says that there are incorrect tokens for all the layout and spacing.

Expected Behavior

These need to be updated to using the correct tokens. https://react.fluentui.dev/?path=/docs/theme-spacing--docs

I also don't know if this applies to some of the other pages with tokens, someone was just looking for spacing and noticed this issue.
