PROM-INFRA-07 — Internal stress test (substitute for formal bug bash) #36166

@robertpenner

Description

@robertpenner

Description: Two-week internal stress test where the FMS team plus 2–3 trusted reviewers (e.g., shift, Dmytro, a Teams or ODSP engineer using FMS in a real product) actively use the prepped motion components in development. Issues are filed, triaged, and addressed during the test period. Captured as a single workstream item.

Why it matters: Substitute for the formal v9 bug bash, which is deferred to publish. Produces real consumer signal on the prepped surface before the readiness report finalizes.

  • Difficulty: Easy-Medium per UXE; coordination-heavy
  • Sequencing: M3 w11–12
  • Tags: partner-pickup
  • Note: Readiness report explicitly notes "formal v9 bug bash (US + EU rounds) deferred to publish cycle."
