Description of changes

Add react-button related back to 7.0 branch so v0 related fixes get published. Changes include:

• add master versions of react-button and react-shared-context packages
• add related button examples and vr tests
• cherry-pick fixes: Fixing variants typings in makeVariantClasses #15518, Button: updating styling hooks for derivative Buttons to abstract depending on button styling #15433, makeStyles: hook produced should take optional options object, rather than specific args #15952
