[Bug]: graphrag: command not found

Describe the bug

I followed the GraphRAG docs to install the graphrag package. My python version is 3.11. When I ran graphrag init --root ./ragtest, the error graphrag: command not found came out.

I don't know what's going on.

Steps to reproduce

1. pip install graphrag
2. graphrag init --root ./ragtest

Expected Behavior

No response

Sorry folks, we added a new CLI update but the docs auto-published even though we have not pushed a release to pypi. Please use the prior format: python -m graphrag.index ....

this seems to work without the . in graphrag.index, so 'python -m graphrag index ...'

You can try:

• Initialize: python -m graphrag.index --init --root ./ragtest
• Indexing: python -m graphrag.index --root ./ragtest
• Query: python -m graphrag.query \ --root ./ragtest \ --method <local | global> \ "Who is Scrooge, and what are his main relationships?"

This issue thread made my day, thanks a lot. Now we're using the old command / documentation status again and hopefully will be notified somehow if things change for real...

Using python -m graphrag.index --init --root ./ragtest failed.

Errors:

/opt/conda/bin/python: No module named graphrag.index.__main__; 'graphrag.index' is a package and cannot be directly executed

It seems v0.3.5 ok, but no with v0.3.6.

This seems to be updated, I'm getting the same error.

This is resolved as of 0.4. Please use the command as described in the docs: graphrag index <...> etc
