Build time transforms cannot use shorthands

Thanks for making a very good library.

I tried using "@griffel/webpack-extraction-plugin" in "Nextjs".
almost everything works perfectly, but "makeStyles" using "shorthands" is not bundled in css

Hey, can you please create a repro on https://stackblitz.com/ or https://codesandbox.io/? So we can check in which conditions and which styles are broken.

I see the problem now, versions used in that sandbox are not stable. I tried bumping to the latest and ones (https://codesandbox.io/s/loving-clarke-7v4wbp?file=/pages/index.js) and then it breaks with the same problem as in #154.

I was not able to dig into it yet, so it waits for fixing...
