[Issue]: Getting Started Doc Has Duplicate Example #95

In the getting started doc there are instructions on how to set up the repo.
There is duplication in this section, seen in the screenshot below.
There are two examples of how to change directory, then clone; one is for bash, and the other for powershell, but as both are identical that distinction is not obvious and not very useful.
Suggest removing this duplication.
