SevVmsa is incomplete

The SevVmsa structure is incomplete. Table B-4 in the AMD Programmer's Manual Volume 2 describes a VMSA layout that has fields extending through FBFh. I would recommend padding the structure definition in snp_defs.rs out to the full 4K.
