Where should "Recent Tabs" live? Help us pick the most intuitive spot for this new feature!

Hey Intelligent Terminal community👋

We're working on a bunch of new features for Intelligent Terminal, and one we're excited about is tab restore + history. Soon you'll be able to bring back a closed tab along with its full state: scrollback buffer, current working directory, and agent pane context. Close something by accident or on purpose, get it all back exactly where you left off a week later.

As we build this, we want to make sure the entry point feels natural. We have two mockups for where you'd access your Recent Tabs, and we'd love your gut reaction on which feels more intuitive.

Option A: In the dropdown menu

Recent tabs live under the "new tab" dropdown (the ⌄ menu), as a "Recently closed tabs" flyout alongside your profiles and settings.

Option B: In the window toolbar

A dedicated history icon in the top-left of the title bar opens a "Recent tabs" panel with search.

Which place feels most intuitive to access your Recent Tabs?

I like Option B (and its icon) as it is specific to historical context. I'm used to the New Tab dropdown and extended menu for things like SSH targets (ie a new session).

While both are great, the dedicated "history" button slightly edges out the new tab menu, mainly because of the context those options are used (one is for a pre-existing session while the other is for brand new sessions)
