The main issue this PR fixes is that some stats fields needed to be increase from uint32 to uint64.
As well as making this change, common macros were added for the MAC/RLC/PDCP codelets where 'stats' and 'traffic-stats' structures are used.
The common macros were added in new file codelets/utils/stats_utils.h.
