With this change, lage@latest will now be in the v2.x series!

lage v1 code is REMOVED
docs is decoupled from workspace (independently checked by another github action workflow)
@lage-run/lage -> renamed to lage
old changelogs from v1 is moved to a v1-changelogs folder (can remove later)
Fixed an instance where a type wasn't exposed correctly through index in @lage-run/scheduler
Fixed e2e test to use "lage" instead of "@lage-run/lage"
