Ensure documentation gets updated when new commands are added or existing ones are modified

azmcp-commands.md and e2eTestPrompts.md are clear examples of things that need to be updated in these cases, but there might be other documents that need the same treatment. We can look into what @vukelich is doing in this PR as an option.
