This PR ports the documentation change from #2176 into the 2.0.0-beta.32 release branch to stop the release pipeline’s link verification from failing due to broken Template.Mcp.Server release-asset URLs.
Changes:
- Removed hard-coded GitHub release download links for Template.Mcp.Server platform ZIPs from the VSIX design doc.
- Replaced the link list with a non-link note about platform-specific ZIP availability.
