New Azure SRE Agent tools and more bug fixes 🤖🪲

This release adds 55 new tools for Azure SRE Agents divided into 11 sub-groups: agents, skills, connectors, hooks, threads, scheduledtasks, incidents, workflows, docs, architecture, and commonprompts. It also fixes issues in Azure Storage and Azure Backup tools.

The current individual tool count is: 403
