Added Sphinx documentation to document package and API.
Corrected some problems in docstrings and type annotations.
Added ability to load auditdextract from a file (rather than just Azure Sentinel query)

Fixing some errors in iocextract
Adding function to execute simple kql string query.
This seems to cause the license text to be concatenated to the project description and makes a mess of the PyPi description

* A couple more pylint warning fixes/suppressions

* Adding Linux Auditd collection document.

* Removing  license parameter from setuptools.setup
