MSIX Packaged Apps do not launch within MXC process isolation

Brief description of your issue

MSIX packaged applications are currently unable to launch successfully when executed within the MXC sandbox environment. Traditional Win32 applications function as expected, but MSIX/AppX packaged applications fail immediately during activation.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install an MSIX packaged application on the host
2. Launch the application inside an MXC sandbox/container
3. Observe startup failure

Expected behavior

Application launch successfully.

Actual behavior

Application fail immediately during activation.

surprising this isn't supported in the first preview. Especially with powershell, claude, slack and teams all delivered via msix not to mention notepad etc etc.
