Describe the issue

When enabling ORT_MEMORY_PROFILE, a type mismatch error occurs in memory_info.cc at line 44:

mem_info.location.location = execution_plan->allocation_plan[value_idx].location;

onnx error: no match for ‘operator=’ (operand types are ‘OrtMemoryInfo’ and ‘const OrtDevice')
