About custom op

I am implementing sparseconv code for onnxruntime custom op use onnxruntime_cxx_api.h .In torch i use torch::mm function for matrix multiplication, in onnxruntime i find MatMul op ,but i dont know how to use official op in custom op.Can anyone help me?
