Description
Update google benchmark to 1.8.3.
Update deps_update_and_upload.py script to make it easier to use.
Motivation and Context
Get a fix for a minor but annoying issue where the benchmark program crashes when passed the
--helpoption. I encounter it often enough because I don't remember all the--benchmark_xoptions.
