Forge/config folders (e.g.
.github) should not be ignored by tooling such asrg,fd, etc.Mark these as not-ignored via
.ignore.Motivation and Context
Having to put
-uuon everyrgsearch for references in pipelines/workflows defeats the purpose of ignoring hidden paths.
