Fixes a helper function definition in multiarch OpenHCL servicing tests by removing an unnecessary single-element tuple parameter.
- Simplifies apply_fault_with_keepalive signature from a single-element tuple to a direct parameter.
- Updates all local call sites to pass igvm_file directly instead of as a tuple.

Minor fix to the helper function definition in the vmm tests. This slipped through in the last PR.
