[BUG] [HTML Reporter] when a test is skipped, it should provide information on why it is skipped #10669
Description
I am using playwright 1.17.1.
First of all, thanks for improving the HTML Reporter a lot in this version.
One thing I found out can be improved is that when a test is skipped, it gives no reason or details at all for that skipped test.
Refer to screenshots:
It would be great if in the test details (as the second screenshot) page, it contains the reason why it is skipped.
