Steps to reproduce

Opening this bug as suggested by @Skn0tt on #33285

Expected behavior

Decorators should identify the playwright methods signature

Actual behavior

getting error message: Unable to resolve signature of method decorator when called as an expression

After updating my tsconfig.json to below, the issue has been resolved.
