PyQt6 comes with its own type stubs, but they are riddled with issues. RiverbankComputing has a mailing list https://www.riverbankcomputing.com/support/pyqt but I never got any answer from them.

Personally I'd recommend just switching over to PySide6, it's the official bindings by the Qt team, they have an open source tracker, answer to and solve issues pretty quickly, and release the bindings faster after a new Qt release.
