React Native Skia native rendering without a WebView

Thanks for the amazing work happening here. It is much appreciated. We are willing to add direct support for React Native Skia natively and without resorting to a WebView to draw on it. What is the way, or perhaps some guidance, on tackling this. Are there any blockers? in the works? etc.. Thanks

Motivation

React Native Skia is getting a new renderer based on WebGPU. We would like to take advantage of that opportunity and implement native Skia rendering on React Native windows without using any WebView to unleash the full potential of the drawing capabilities of Skia on native platforms like Windows.

Did you mean this for the react-native-skia library? And its Windows implementation?

This repo is something a bit different, mapping RN to native Windows UI (either XAML on Paper or Windows Composition on Fabric).
