Remove AI generated docs that do not make sense.
The RNW Docs folder should have documents that are useful to RNW developers and its users.
I have found several documents in our docs folder that look like AI spill out rather than something that can be useful.
We all enjoy using Copilot and it is a huge help, but it is the developers responsibility to produce quality content in the end.
This PR deletes these documents as they make no sense and I bet was never read by anyone:
If we need any documents like this, then please write them with a purpose of being useful and readable.
