How to get the tools called by the agent using OpenAIChatCompletion?

I am calling IChatCompletionService.GetChatMessageContentAsync with FunctionChoiceBehavior.Auto, passing the kernel and the ChatHistory, which gives me the final response without any problems. Then I have tried extracting the function calls with SemanticKernel.FunctionCallContent.GetFunctionCalls and it's empty 🤔.

I have searched through all of the response properties, inside the Metadata, InnerContent, ToolCalls.Count is 0, nothing there.
