Launch option 'useUniqueColor' for directory-based terminal colorization

Problem:
When multiple terminals (e.g., 10+) are open, it creates a cluttered experience and increases the likelihood of mistakes.

Solution:
Colorize the terminal tab and background based on the current working directory, allowing users to quickly answer the question: “Where am I?”

IMO, while this would be cool for the Terminal to do, this is something that you can achieve a lot more quickly with your shell profile. Instead of using something like wtc to set the Terminal's color on startup, you can instead use a pair of escape sequences to redefine the background color yourself. Any application can do this at any time, which means we don't need to spin a whole update and agree on what the setting looks like :)

Look into OSC 11. You can set the background to any RGB value, and in Terminal's default configuration it will automatically go into the tab too.

I understand this is not a deal-breaker, but a quality of life feature
Just wanted to have it implemented at least in a decade :)

Nah, I know. I just think that one can implement it in about 10 minutes and have it work on every existing version of Terminal, the original Windows Console, and also a bunch of third party terminals too. Less work, bigger effect. :)
