Windows Terminal not adding "Open in Terminal" in context menu

Steps to reproduce

Install Windows Terminal from MS Store (both stable and preview builds)

Expected Behavior

I expected that when Windows Terminal finished installing, the context menu would add "Open in Terminal," but it doesn’t.

Windows 10 Pro VM (OS Version 10.0.19045.2965)

Windows 10 Pro Real Machine (OS Version 10.0.19045.5608)

Actual Behavior

It doesn't even add the option of "Open in Terminal"

Neither the Preview Build adds it
