Enhancing and fixing this bug , Like Previous CMD in Windows 10.

Expected Behavior

Actual Behavior

There is an error in writing Arabic words or languages ​​that are directions from right to left .
The text sometimes replaces Arabic text with square question marks when printing code or something like this.

For example : "السلام عليكم"

Will be appear like this : "مكيلع مالسلا".
