Build log confirms -- Terminal.Settings.Model.dll still builds. I'm admin-merging this to avoid another signoff cycle./ |

The
ForceFullRepaintRenderingandSoftwareRenderingare global only and for some reason were in profile. This commit removes them.Reference: #11416 (comment)
