Better LSP file change detection

Nowadays AI agents write most of the code, the editor is just for reviewing the code or editing small chunks.

My question is, now that my editor's LSP instance is constantly falling behind, respect the AI harness LSP instance, how to detect those changes?

Right now, I have to fully close my neovim editor and restart it, which honestly is not great.
