Fixes to table grouping in spector dashboard #9047
Description
There are several issues that need to be fixed from #8935
- The table name should use the name specified in the table definition and only fall back to the package.displayName if that is empty
- When a scenario is filtered into a specific table, it should not also be included in another table (e.g. a catch all table with no prefixes). Each scenario must only be shown in a single table.
