Build-in library's "Include file not found in browse.path"

Built-in libraries headers (e.g. <Wire.h> and <SPI/.h>) show up with blue squiggly underline by default.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue in a simple project targeting the Arduino Uno. Do you still see this issue after verifying or uploading and is the file you are editing included in your build?

.vscode/c_cpp_properties.json should be regenerated every time you verify or upload. In order for Wire.h to have IntelliSense you should see an entry similar to C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Arduino\\hardware\\arduino\\avr\\libraries\\Wire\\src in configurations.includePath. If you don't see an entry like that, please set arduino.logLevel to verbose in settings.json, verify your project, and then provide the output in the "Arduino" output window.
