[Suggestion] It would be better to add "function app" or "slot" in the Azure activity logs when executing "Assign Managed Identity to Function App..." command

Repro Steps:

1. Execute "Assign Managed Identity to Function App..." action for function app and slot.
2. Check whether the Azure activity logs are clear or not.

Actual:
The Azure activity logs are not clear.

Suggestion:
It would be better to add "function app" or "slot" in the Azure activity logs, such as "Assign user assigned identity to function app/slot...".
