When selecting page size "All" the combo box value changes to "-1"

Repro steps:

1. Navigate to a NoSQL collection and select "Open Query Editor"
2. Select "All" from the Page Size dropdown

Expected: Dropdown shows "All"
Actual: Dropdown shows "-1"
