Unable to connect to my CosmosDB PostgreSQL server

1. Created a new CosmosDB PostgreSQL Single server on Azure
2. Configured public access with 0.0.0.0 - 255.255.255.255 firewall rule
3. Cannot connect from VSCode and database does not appear under the resource category

@sevoku unfortunately we don't support Azure Cosmos DB for PostgreSQL Cluster
