Jupyter Debug Just My code instructions refer to incorrect setting location

https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/python/jupyter-support-py contains two sections that refer to `Data Science: Debug Just My Code in the Python extension settings`.

I was unable to find this option in the Python settings. I see the Debug Just My Code option in the Jupyter settings. Perhaps subsequent to this doc being written, Data Science was renamed to Jupyter and moved to its own section.
