Transpiling vs compiling inconsistency in TypeScript documentation

The word "transpiling" is correctly used inside the documentation, but (maybe for historical reasons) the URL still contains "typescript-compiling".

For consistency, maybe redirecting /typescript-compiling to /typescript-transpiling could be something to consider.

Note that I initially opened this PR in the Visual Studio documentation repository before checking here, where only the URL mismatches: MicrosoftDocs/visualstudio-docs#11253
It might be a good idea to keep both in sync somehow.
