feature request: allow multiple connections with the same server name (ssh-tunneling with more than 1 connection needs that)

When using ssh-tunneling, it is quite common to use localhost as the server name.

Since the server name is actually not just the server name, but rather the server or concrete host, it cannot be chosen freely.

Thanks @hu3bi -- this is essentially the same as #48, but I'm going to keep this open as it's a slightly different use case. This is on our radar to resolve.

In the meantime, for others with the same issue:

I created a dirty workaround to make it possible by copying config files and using a new uuid.
However, this prevents from connecting to both servers at the same time, which is a minor inconvenience.

@hu3bi Yesterday we released v1.14 that includes support for registring similar or even identical connection profiles in the Object Explorer. Check out that version and let us know if it solves your problem. Thanks for the feedack!

Solved my problem.

As a sidenote, copilot permission setting per connection is also really nice. I did not find that setting previously.
