Connect Error on WSL Ubuntu

Describe the bug

I get the following error starting the extension (from the 'Microsoft PostgresSQL Tools Service output):

[PYI-5130:ERROR] Could not load PyInstaller's embedded PKG archive from the executable (/home/me/.vscode-server-insiders/extensions/ms-ossdata.vscode-pgsql-1.4.1/pgsqltoolsservice/v2.0.3/Ubuntu16/pgsqltoolsservice/ossdbtoolsservice_main)
[Error - 2:48:16 PM] Connection to server got closed. Server will not be restarted.
