@pgsql not available

I'm unable to use the @ pgsql, connect to database in agent mode, or access the database context. I have an activate subscription of copilot pro, with both the copilot and copilot chat extensions installed. I have checked for VSCode updates, reloaded my window numerous times, and tried a Docker based postgres instance and a cloud hosted one.
Here is all I see on the right click of database :

Hi @sam-harri, thanks for your interest in the chat feature. Please see #31 to see if that also resolves your issue. We'll look to update the default setting and also the readme to include these details
