Unable to handle conda environment in .venv folder

@wzh4464 what do you have for the environment managers setting? python-envs. defaultEnvManager setting? Can you share the entire log, I need to see if the extension was able to find conda.

ms-python.python:conda is for python-envs.defaultEnvManager.

And for "python.condaPath": "/Volumes/Mac_Ext/link_cache/miniforge3/bin/conda"

When the vscode is started, the log is:

init.log

And after I select the conda path, I got:

2025-04-08 20:46:01.755 [error] Unable to handle /Volumes/Mac_Ext/link_cache/miniforge3/bin/conda

@wzh4464 When you run which conda from an external terminal does it find it? It looks like there might be some caching issue. Try running "Python: Clear Cache", command.

For some reason it assumes conda is stored here: /Users/zihanwu/miniforge3/condabin/conda
